These Terms of Sale apply to purchases made through TOBI STUDIOS.

By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

All orders are subject to product availability and payment confirmation.

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

TOBI STUDIOS may cancel or decline an order in cases including stock discrepancies, pricing errors, payment issues or suspected fraudulent activity.

If payment has already been received for a cancelled order, the applicable amount will be refunded.

We make every effort to represent our garments, materials, colors and measurements accurately.

Due to screen differences, production processes and natural material characteristics, minor variations may occur.

Prices are displayed according to the selected market and currency.

Shipping costs and applicable taxes will be displayed at checkout where available.

International orders may be subject to additional duties and taxes imposed by the destination country.

Payment must be completed through one of the methods available at checkout.

Orders are processed once payment has been successfully authorized.

Estimated delivery times vary depending on destination and shipping method.

Customs clearance, local carriers and circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery times.

Returns and refunds are governed by our Shipping & Returns and Refund Policy, together with applicable consumer law.
