REFUND POLICY

We want every TOBI garment to arrive as intended.

If something is not right, please contact us before returning your order.

To be eligible for a return, the garment must be:

— Unworn and unused
— Unwashed and unaltered
— Free from stains, odors or damage
— Returned with original tags and packaging where applicable

TOBI STUDIOS reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions, subject to applicable law.

If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us within [X] days of delivery.

Include your order number and clear photographs showing the issue.

Once confirmed, TOBI STUDIOS will provide an appropriate resolution.

Some TOBI garments undergo washing, garment dyeing and finishing processes designed to develop individual character.

Variations in shade, texture, fading, creasing and surface appearance may naturally occur between garments.

Where consistent with the intended treatment of the garment, these characteristics are not considered manufacturing defects.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, we do not accept returns for:

— Made-to-order or personalized items
— Altered garments
— Items marked Final Sale
— Items showing signs of wear, washing or customer-caused damage

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of its status.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method where possible.

Original shipping charges, duties and taxes are non-refundable unless required by applicable law or the return results from an error by TOBI STUDIOS.
