Orders are prepared and dispatched from Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

01 / ORDER PROCESSING

Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be prepared before dispatch.

During collection releases, holidays or high-volume periods, processing may take longer.

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be sent to the email provided at checkout.

02 / VIETNAM

Orders within Vietnam are delivered through our selected shipping partners.

Estimated delivery times and shipping fees are displayed at checkout.

03 / INTERNATIONAL

International orders are shipped from Vietnam through our selected international carriers.

Delivery times vary depending on destination, customs clearance and local carrier conditions.

All delivery times are estimates.

04 / DUTIES & TAXES

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs charges imposed by the destination country.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

05 / RETURNS
