All TOBI STUDIOS orders are prepared and shipped from Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

01 / ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are typically prepared within 1–3 business days before dispatch.

Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email provided at checkout.

During collection releases, holidays or high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.

02 / WORLDWIDE DELIVERY

TOBI STUDIOS ships worldwide from Vietnam.

International delivery typically takes 5–7 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination, customs clearance and local carrier conditions.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances outside our control.

03 / DUTIES & TAXES

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs charges determined by the destination country.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product or shipping price.

04 / 14-DAY RETURNS

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

— Unworn and unused
— Unwashed and unaltered
— Free from stains, odors or damage
— Returned with all original tags attached

A return request must be submitted within the 14-day return window.

05 / RETURN PROCESS

To request a return, contact our Customer Care team with your order number and reason for return.

Once your return has been approved, return instructions will be provided by email.

Please do not send items back before receiving return confirmation from TOBI STUDIOS.

06 / RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is incorrect or confirmed defective.

For international returns, we recommend using a tracked shipping service and retaining proof of shipment until your return has been completed.

07 / REFUNDS

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the return status.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Original shipping charges, import duties and taxes are non-refundable unless required by applicable law or the return results from an error by TOBI STUDIOS.

Please allow additional processing time depending on your bank or payment provider.

08 / EXCHANGES

We currently do not offer direct exchanges for international orders.

If you would like a different size or item, please return the original item and place a new order.

09 / FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photographs of the issue.

Once confirmed, TOBI STUDIOS will assist with an appropriate resolution and cover reasonable return shipping costs where applicable.
